I highly recommend Shelley. After working with and communicating with various Real Estate professionals over the years, I believe she is one of the best in the field and is truly professional in the way she treats her clients. She is a strong advocate and her grasp of the current market is impressive. Shelley is also very knowledgeable of various marketing techniques that I think serves her clients well.

Shelley was so professional but more importantly so fun to work with. Our experience buying our first home together was absolutely amazing! Our first visit, she sat down with us and asked us so many detailed questions about exactly what we were looking for. The hunt started after that and every step of the way, she was full of energy and so enthusiastic about finding the perfect home for us to start a family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent who will work hard and not give up till the house, price, inspections, and act of sale are completely perfect!

Shelley Simmons is more than an outstanding realtor. Shelley is an extremely patient, caring and loyal individual. Her guidance, persistence and understanding, coupled with her ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstance over the period of our relationship were instrumental in accomplishing predetermined goals on schedule. More importantly, Shelley became an endeared friend - as well as part of our family. Thank you Shelley, for your outstanding performance and everlasting relationship.

Leslie and Carol Edmiston
